Your information
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information you choose to share with the Landon Saunders campaign.
What we collect
Depending on the form you use, we may collect your name, contact information, address or neighborhood, ZIP code, message, volunteer interests, yard-sign preferences, and communication choices.
Why we collect it
We use information to respond to residents, coordinate sign requests, communicate with people who separately opt in, organize volunteers, improve campaign outreach, and understand community concerns.
Who can access it
Only authorized campaign staff can access private submissions. Information is stored in a secured system and is not publicly searchable.
We do not sell your information
The campaign will not sell personal information. Operational requests do not enroll you in campaign email or text messages.
Email and text consent
Email and text consent are separate choices. Both are optional unless you specifically use the campaign-updates form, where email consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Community concerns
Concern submissions remain private unless you specifically permit anonymous discussion. Even then, the campaign must write, review, and approve a separate summary. Names, addresses, contact details, exact locations, allegations, and identifying details are never included publicly.
Correction and deletion
You may ask the campaign to correct, delete, or anonymize your information. Campaign contact details will be added here before publication.
This policy must be reviewed when official campaign contact information is added.
